Returns and Refund Policy

We are dedicated to Souvenirs and Gifts and we value each and every customer. It is our honor to be part of your travel memories, to help you expand your souvenirs collection, and to bring a smile to the faces of your closest loved ones.

That is why you have 14 days after delivery of your order, to claim any of the below reasons for a refund/return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return/refund reasons applicable to this policy:

  • Item received damaged
  • Wrong Item received

If you wish to obtain a refund or return product, please email PCFcustomerservice@pcfsouvenirs.com a copy of the receipt from our online store www.pcfgifts.com along with a picture of the damaged/wrong item.

If you purchased your item at a retail store, please visit its location for possible refunds.

Returns (if applicable)

Once you have emailed customer service, you will get a confirmation from us in the next 24hrs. Include a copy of the confirmation email with the returned item.Depending on where the product was shipped from, choose one of our Warehouse locations as the return address. (More info in section Shipping below).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at pcfcustomerservice@pcfsouvenirs.com.

Sale/Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to either of the following addresses, depending on the product originating location:

  • Canadian Items:
    PCF Souvenirs, 2801 John St. , Markham, ON, L3R 2Y8, Canada

  • US Items:
    PCF Souvenirs, 7414 Kingspointe Pkwy, Ste # 100, Orlando, FL, 328 19, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
